At sign-in:

  • Email address
  • Whether you opted in to be contacted about the project

During your session:

  • IP address and user agent (for authentication and session security)

When using the Services:

  • Session data and environment configurations you create
  • GitHub installation ID (if you connect a GitHub account via our GitHub app)
  • API keys, session IDs, or other credentials you choose to provide

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Send login links via our email provider, Resend
  • Secure your session and authenticate requests
  • Provide the core functionality of the Services
  • Enable integrations you choose to use (such as GitHub)

If you opt in to be contacted, a maintainer under NDA with Example PBC may reach out to you about this project or related offshoots.

We do not use your information for analytics, advertising, or any purpose beyond operating the Services.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Services:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Hosting infrastructure
  • Resend: Email delivery
  • Anthropic: AI functionality

We do not sell or share your personal information with any other third parties.

4. Data Security

Environment configurations and credentials you store are encrypted in our database. You can review our security implementation in our open source code.

If you provide API keys, session IDs, or other sensitive credentials, you do so at your own risk. While we have taken reasonable efforts to protect this information, we are not liable for any leaks or unauthorized access. We recommend using temporary credentials with a limited scope of access.

5. Data Retention

This is a demo application. Your account and all associated data may be deleted at any time without notice. If we update this Privacy Policy, we may delete all accounts and sessions in the demo database.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information

Verification. When you submit a request to access, delete, or correct your personal information, we will verify your identity using the email address associated with your account.

7. Users Outside the United States

The Services are operated from the United States and are not intended for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located in these regions, please do not use the Services.
